Fire Incidents

The fire is currently more than 1,150ha and is burning in multiple directions. The fire is burning in the **Brodies Plains** area and is burning north towards **Elsmore Road**, east towards **Stannifer Road**, south towards **Stannifer township** and southwest towards **Old Stannifer Road**, **Gilgai** and **Bundarra Road**. Check and follow your Bush Fire Survival Plan. If you do not have a plan, decide what you will do if the situation changes. Leaving early is your safest option.

A fire is burning in the vicinity of **Westrac Drive, Tomago**. The alert level for this fire has been downgraded as firefighters gain the upper hand.

An emergency warning is in place for the **Whiteman Creek** and **Stockyard Creek** areas due to a bush fire. If you are in the area of **Whiteman Creek** or **Stockyard Creek**, you are at risk. Seek shelter now or as the fire approaches to protect yourself from the fire. It is too late to leave.
